The House System at Paul’s Kingdom International School is an important part of student life, designed to encourage leadership, teamwork, and healthy competition among students. Every student is assigned to one of the four houses, each represented by a unique color and identity. The system helps foster a strong sense of belonging, unity, and school spirit among students.
The Student Council plays a vital role in representing the student community and supporting the school administration in organizing activities and events. Members of the council are selected based on leadership qualities, responsibility, and commitment. Through this platform, students learn democratic values, teamwork, and effective decision-making.
Each house is guided by student leaders such as House Captains, Vice Captains, and activity coordinators. These leaders work under the supervision of teachers to organize house events and motivate fellow students to participate actively in school activities. This leadership structure helps students develop confidence, organizational abilities, and a strong sense of accountability.
Regular inter-house competitions are conducted to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among students. These activities include sports events, debates, quizzes, cultural programs, and academic competitions. Inter-house events encourage students to showcase their talents while strengthening the bond among peers.
